Full development cycle for a museologic experience developed in VR.
This project utilizes VR in a novel way, with the goal to shed light on an ongoing real life human-rights issue, allowing users to experience it from the perspective of those living -and suffering- through it. In addition to a spine-chilling and touching experience, this Quest 2 app also includes a Museum presenting expanded information, objects and testimonies related to the subject.
What we did
We were responsible for the full development cycle of the project, from conception to finalization providing design, Unity development, testing and art.
Given the sensitive nature of the subject matter, communication with the client was paramount, as we co-designed and reiterated on the experience in order to guarantee a final product that was as engaging as it was truthful to the events it's based on and its goal to sensitize audiences.
