Vevolve

Vevolve is a coaching platform that helps to improve personal sports skills through videos. The video feature allows connecting students and coaches receiving coaching independently of the location or skill.

We help to develop new features according to the community's growth. In addition, we provide technical support and maintenance, keeping the app online 24/7.

We analyzed the situation regarding time, budget, and technology and found how best suited the client. We proposed Time & Material scheme to work with Agile methodology. In that way, the customer could check and validate the evolution of the development and testing work. Using our experience, we identified and solved the lack of quality standards at the inherited software from the last dev team.
